I love the sound of trees, the leaves in the wind can make a unique sound that for me is like a form of communication between them and the mother earth. We know how trees are important for our ecosystem, but since old times the reverence of the trees that can live for centuries, and comes to us in a variety of shapes and forms, are clearly linked to the tree of life mythology.
The first time I remember hearing about the tree of life was related to the bible explanation about how Eva and Adam eat the forbidden fruit:
"Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of us in knowing good and evil. Now, lest he reaches out his hand and take also of the tree of life and eat, and live forever—” therefore the Lord God sent him out from the garden of Eden to work the ground from which he was taken. He drove out the man, and at the east of the garden of Eden, he placed the cherubim and a flaming sword that turned every way to guard the way to the tree of life."
And is quite a lot of references in the Bible about the Tree.
The interesting is once you start your spiritual life, and all are an amazing journey, you start looking for more pieces of information as a way to improve yourself and you acknowledge how
interesting is all the appearance of the Tree of life in nearly all religions, and how profound is the metaphor of this.
Things that are quite interesting about any tree, is how resistant they are, the immense versatility they offer us, the fruits, wood, natural medicinal use, etc...In lots of tribes, trees were used in everything, from houses to acquire food. And no matter how advanced we are, we still depend on trees to survive.
From the point of a spiritual view, I think no one will truly advance till they stop to examine themselves in the way you admire a tree when we look at a tree we see its splendor, and admire how tall, strong, or beautiful leaves. But the true strength of the tree resides beneath of it, in the roots, that normally is spread it for more length than the exterior in self. This root is undeniable the source of life of a tree, the true foundation.
No matter what life throws to a tree, if the root still there, that tree will grow again sooner or later.
Is not this just wonderful when you put this knowledge into what people's physical body represents as the tree main top, and the roots as the spiritual self?

"The Tree of Life is used in art, literature, and religion to illustrate the concept of interconnectedness within our universe. It is a timeless symbol of our connections to everything around us, and a powerful reminder that our own happiness and health are inextricably intertwined with the happiness and health of all living things. The Tree of Life appears in many different cultures under many different names, but here is a look at three defining features of this legendary icon:
1. Leaves
The individual leaves depicted on the Tree of Life represent the uniqueness of all earthly creations, including ourselves. Like the leaves of a tree, we are all different shapes, colors, and textures, yet the Tree of Life reminds us that we can coexist peacefully.
2. Branches
The branches reaching outwards represent our human need for expression- in arts, science, and spirituality, among other outlets. In this way, the Tree of Life is also symbolic of our potential to improve and expand our notions of the human condition through compassionate action (literally reaching out our hands and arms).
3. Trunk/Roots
Above all else, the trunk and roots are the anchoring image of the Tree of Life. The solid trunk is a symbol of strength, a place we can always return and remember what we are made of, while the roots remind us not only where we originate and to stay grounded, but also imply that our actions in this life have deep meaning, even if we cannot see it right away.
The Tree of Life can also serve simply as a sign of inner strength in all that you do. Click to learn about additional meaningful symbols."
This article just touches the core of how trees can really explain a lot about ourselves, and the journey to enlightenment. See this as a map to guide you to the right place, of clarity and serenity.
As our life in society, drag us for ways that are not adequated to make us feel fulfillment and hapiness, I think that a clear picture of what really matters is most important in this pandemic situation, and the all vanity, of appearances, money, and the look for the approval of others, was swape to aside, when we had to hide inside our home. This clearly put us in the situation of thinking, if the world ends tomorrow, what s that really matter to be, and do with this life.
I always say that is one shot, one go, This Is It, as Mickael Jackson said in this last Album before he died.
What will happen when we die, still to know for sure, but during this life, experience enjoy to be your best version, doing things that really matter to you, and entirely for you,
The sensation of sadness is just because the winter took your leaves away, but you will defiantly reborn in spring, what be in your greater shape in summer, given fresh shadow to ho will need.
Right now just concentrate on your routes, nourish them, appreciate all the greatness in your deep meaning of life, till you are internally strong to reborn again.
This Greek mythology is referred to as the olive tree check it out.

The Olive tree is one of the most beloved, sacred trees, and its place is firmly rooted in Ancient Greek tradition and mythology.
Traditionally, the Olive tree is a symbol of peace and friendship, this association began in ancient Greece, as early as the fifth century.
Legend has it that Zeus proposed a contest between Athena and Poseidon for the control of Athens. Poseidon smashed his three-pronged trident upon the hard rock of the Acropolis, which unleashed a spring. Whilst Athena, produced an Olive tree, with its silvery-green leaves and abundance of rich fruits.
The Athenians chose Athena’s gift and, in turn, the Olive tree has remained a much-loved part of Greek life ever since!
It became clear that the Olive tree held special importance over all other trees when the great King Xerxes’ Persian armies swept through Greece. In 480BC, the buildings on the Acropolis, which contained Olive trees, were set on fire and destroyed. However, the olive trees ‘sprouted the same day to a height of two cubits’ (1 meter!). As well as this, seeds from the remnants of this sacred tree were replanted across Attica. Doing this, meant that all the olive groves, surrounding Athens, have a touch of Athena’s original tree.
Olive trees require little in terms of nutrition, as they have evolved over the centuries for poor, stony soils. Although they appreciate an annual top-dressing of fertilizer to keep them glowing with health! They are incredibly drought-tolerant, and if allowed to grow naturally, may reach a height of 2 meters in 15 years.
It also knew that the green tea discovery, was an incident, as the Budha was simple beneath the tree and one leave falls in hot water when he drinks it he experienced a clarity of mind, that was never experienced before. The stories about trees are all around, and it is amazing how something that you watch all your life, and maybe admired like me, has such meaning in our lives.
I learn that hugging a tree can discharge you from bad energy, and as crazy that can appear that you see someone hugging a tree, it really feels amazing.
Also, you can see the age of a tree by the circles that they have when a tree has been cut down or felled, then it is relatively easy to work out its age by counting the growth of annual rings that can be seen on the sawn-off stump. Under the bark of a tree is a special tissue that forms new cells so that the tree can grow.
Differences in the rate at which cells are produced by this tissue give rise to the annual or growth rings. If conditions are good for growth (warm, regular rainfall) then the ring that is formed will be wider than that created in a year where the tree struggles for water, or it is cold. There is one ring for each year of a tree's life. (In any given year, an annual ring will have two components - a lighter colored band of tissue (larger vessels) formed in the Spring and Summer and a darker band smaller that is created when growth is slower in late Summer / Autumn.

“For in the true nature of things, if we rightly consider, every green tree is far more glorious than if it were made of gold and silver.” – Martin Luther
