How to Focus to have a better life?

It is easy to desire a new life, dreaming about all the things that can happen to bring you the sensation of happiness. What turns this hard is when you realize that on a daily basis your life is the same and the changes that you desire never happens.

I told you before that you will need to set up Goals, this will definitely help you decide what you want to achieve, but the main factor that can make you feel down is the lack of focus.


Focus meaning is: Pay special attention to...;


We need to direct all our intention, attention..., to be able to see clearly what we want to pursue. but it also is important to do progress towards these desires on a daily basis to keep us going.

Try these simple tricks to establish a daily routine that will guide you to Focus.



  1. Set up your day the night before.



1.1 Plan in advance what you will do the next day is a perfect way to simplify your life and ensure that you will really start your day on command. If you pretend to start your day meditating, letting the clothes prepared or the place and music set up, will remind you to do it, and if you can control how you start your day, setting up the mood and energy for the rest of your day will be easy and you will feel fantastic.





2. Eliminate distractions and time-wasters.



2.1 Please get off your Social Media account as soon that you wake up and as soon that you have a break at work. If you really want to be Successful, stop taking care of other people's lives, and take all the attention and energy to yours.




3 Regenerate and keep up your energy.



3.1 I Love the book "Eat, Pray, and Love." Because I really think that is an awesome way of living, but you have to know also your limitations and give yourself enough rest, time to laziness, and some time to restore your energy balance.





4 Constantly remind yourself of your ultimate goals.



4.1 This is the most important of all, we forget to quick, and we have to have some inspiration to keep up creating the lives we dream of, remember ourselves with notes, with positive affirmations or simply visualize yourself already having your goals achieved, feel it.

This also will make you know better what you really want, and inspire you to make it happen.



Focus also can be used as a way to stay always tuned with what you desire to achieve in life.

We tend to have and experience what we are Focus with, as what you give all your attention or you are always thinking in.

This is more than an opportunity, is the key for you to acquire all you want in life, no matter what it is if you Focus you will have it, choose wisely what to focus on in life.

Use this to improve your abilities on LOA, as you can easily attract when you focus on feeling good with yourself and others around you.

This also helps with time management, making that we feel more in control of what we are spending time with daily, using this better to get in directions that you really want instead of feeling frustrated with how long is taking for your plans to get real.
