Deal with Stress and Anxiety is very challenging. As no one is equal we tend also to experience stress in different ways and for not the same reasons. The symptoms also vary, with some individuals suffering from a more physically disturbing form of symptoms, as rapid hurt beat, sweating, breathing difficulty, nausea, and a sense of feeling out of control. This symptom affects daily life activities. Things that we take for granted, as a normal walk to the supermarket, or a day of work, interacting with families and friends, can be also affected as the anxiety can cause a person to start to live in isolation, afraid of having an episode in front of others.
I could explain that before we are a species that lived in nature, and we had to feel these chemicals in our body that is meant to warn us when we are in danger, to be able to protect ourselves from predators, and this is a natural mechanism in our body. But I will skip all this together because I BELIEVE YOU ALREADY KNOW THAT. And I really like to focus on solutions, and solutions are in this present moment, and definitely not in our pre-historic past. We did evolve as species, and with this evolution, our predators now are things as money, work, lifestyle, relationships, and the most dangerous, unhappiness.
The feeling that we are in danger, is caused because we are not feeling secure, protected, and loved. And no Doctor or Science can have a definitive cure for a lot of Mental Health-related problems, because is not just so simple to determine what is the one cause of these complications.
Therefore the decision of taking medication, and go true treatment is for a fare a last resource and is recommended that the individual suffering from Stress or Anxiety, look for a different Therapy approach, that can rely on talking about what are the problems that are disturbing the person, this can be made in Therapy sessions, or better with family and friends.
All the best ways of reducing stress levels, and Anxiety symptoms are self-help instructions, and mostly free of charge as simple changing our habits, and learn to do activities that will promote more awareness, a feeling of serenity, and production of endorphins with more happy, and healthy cells in our body.

The individual experiencing a feeling of Stress, and Anxiety should first try to identify the reason for these feelings, doing a calm self-inquisition of what is wrong, or making the person feel that way?
Simple Questions as:
" Way I am feeling this way? "
" I am happy with this work? "
" Money is worrying me? "
" I am worried about my future? "
Because we are not just machines, we tend to need an explanation for what is going on, that is not making you feel good? The intention of hiding our feelings, and pretend that is all OK, because is just a phase, or we can deal with that later, is what makes the symptoms worse. Is like if you are a bubble that is so big with the worries, that comes to a point, a tiny thing that upset you, will be as a needle touching the bubble, and is a gentle touch, but the burst is immense.
Learning to talk to our-selfs, is also learning to respect more our feelings, and know what are our limits, and true desires. If we start to listen to our body with attention, we will know, the right time to rest, to eat, to do some activities that we love, to do things that we really appreciate, but instead we tend to minimize our bode wishes, that is for our own good, and sacrifice for things that demand our total attention, like work, social compromises, and truly distractions, like phones and TV.
Focus on the solution, instead of the problem, makes you feel more in control.
After identifying your problem is great if you can rewire your focus in thinking in a solution, because your powerful mind loves puzzles, and is not a miracle that we have computers, the computers are invented imitating our way of processing information, and solve problems. That means that your precious mind, is a super problem solver, and if you giving a problem to solve, your mind will go true all the data that is your all life story and look for the best option for you, and the best of it, the mind works better when you are distracted. Pick a paper write a few sentences of what is worrying you, and after, just watch the magic of great solutions appearing in your mind. Don't worry if is not the solution you like, just wait patiently for that, the important process is you will move from thinking about the problem, to focus on the solution, and that is a happier stage with you feeling more in control of your life.
During this time is perfect to acquire new skills, different habits, and make some changes in your lifestyle, that could be compromised for long hours of work, not sleeping properly, eating ailments that were poor in nutrition, and not drinking enough water.

1- Workout helps to release endorphins, which will make you feel great in no time.
If I can recommend just 1 thing to help in real-time with Anxiety, and Stress, would be Running, run now, get out of the house and run if you can, and if not walk as fast you can. Is amazing what happens with our body when the endorphins are released. And you will be finishing that workout with a smile for shore, and feeling great, even if barely breathing, and grabbing a wall as happens to me, LOL.
We know for sure that workouts, bring lots of benefits to our body, but it also great for you to feel amazing with yourself, getting fit will boost your esteem in no time. Do it at home watching Youtube videos, practice some Yoga, that brings also the breathing therapy that helps reduce any stress or anxiety in real-time, and you will feel the effects all day.
2- Breath deep, and learn how to do Diaphragmatic breathing.
Now, remember that breathing is very important, and is been used to regulate our body, and keep us alive. But are you breathing properly, are the most important piece of life touching your brain cells, making them receive the necessary quantity of oxygen to reproduce more beneficial brain cells?
If your answer is no, don't feel ashamed because the majority of people just breathe, the only ones breathing properly, feeling the air true the belly, and expiring the air true the mouth is the babies. Then is normal that when sometimes we breathe more deeply, we feel dizziness, our brain is having a blast.
Breathing is a great way to combat stress and anxiety, and can be used in real-time to calm you down, and as a therapy that over time, will turn you into a more relaxed person.

3- Eat your meals on time, and choose a healthy balanced diet.
We are what we eat, and this will manifest in your health also as Stress, and Anxiety. All these bad feelings can be a clear indication that our body is not feeling nourish, and when we experienced years of bad alimentation, with no enough vitamins, nutrients, and proteins, is sometimes the reason we feel so low mood. Put all this together with eating at bad hours, or for most spending long hours without eating. Drinking lots of caffeine, and others energetics, all contribute to a very sad history.
Taking care of what we eat definitely helps to reduce stress, and combat anxiety. We can feel how our body reacts when we eat healthily, and we take care of the intake of vitamins, the body simply is happy, and our happy cells will have fewer problems. Then rethink your diet, and start to eat on time. Plenty of fruit and veggies will help you feel much better, but also check with your doctor if you can find if you a are any vitamins deficiency as iron or vitamin B12, and D, that is more difficult to find the right quantities your meals, if yes ask him for any supplements that contain those extra vitamins.
4- Improve Your Sleep. Make Sleep a Priority.
Sleep too much or not sleeping at all are some of the symptoms that the majority of individuals that are experiencing stress and anxiety, more commonly feel affected. And is curious, because is also what anyone will recommend for you to do to feel better. And I personally don't agree that everyone needs to sleep the 10 hours per night to feel in their best shape, as I know lot's of people that say that they are ok with 6 hours or 8 of sleep, but if they sleep more they feel not so well.
But is good to have a good sleep routine, and this really helps with our levels of energy. Our bodies need to have time to reboot for all the intense use during the long hours of a day.
Make time to relax before bed, if you having difficulty sleeping, a relaxing environment, as soothing music, reading a book, or valerian tea will certainly put you to sleep in no time. You also can do a power nap, which is awesome for your humor, and will help you reduce the feeling of tiredness, essentially on the days you are feeling more irritated.
5-Drink plenty of water.
Water is one of the things that no one seems to correlate with our irritability but is no liquid that can replace the water in our body. and the perfect intake should be 2 liters a day, less than that and we are not equalizing the right amount of water necessary for our body function. Just start to notice how much water you drink, and how you feel after drinking the right quantity daily.
6- Start doing Meditation regularly.
I clearly let my favorite for the end, Meditation the most beneficial cure for your problems, and is not just for anxiety, or stress, is for all you can imagine. Is not easy to convince individuals to do meditation, but ho start to do it, says that is properly incredible and they felt more relaxed, and much better afterward. I really think that if you feeling distressed in any form, you should use meditation to feel more centered, and explore what you cannot find the answers to on this plane, but when you are in another energy level, and form things seems to be easier, and full of good vibes.
If you never ever try meditation, read what is about here, and do your first meditation when you go to bed tonight, just choose a nice guided meditation, lay down comfortably, and go with the flow, even if you feel a slip, you will wake saying what was that, and feeling great. Meditation can be made for as long you want, and even if is minutes sitting like Budha and saying "Ommm", will bring you a great deal of serenity.
7-Live in the present moment.
I cannot guess what is bothering you, but no matter what it is, I will let you with these final words to think about it.
I believe that any bad feelings, is a clear indication of our inner-being that we are not doing, or living what we really want, is a call for a change in our life that is screaming for another direction, the road to our true happiness.
If something in your life is not making you feel happy, you always can change it, and remember that every day you wake up, and you open your eyes, is a new opportunity to live the life you really want. then stop feeling afraid, or stress about things that you cannot change, and start feeling excited about the life that you can create for yourself.
Live in the present moment, if, you have any doubt, touch the wall next to you right now, feel the texture, it is cold or hot? Now, look around you, breath deeply, and notice that is all alright, the ceiling is not falling, the walls still protecting you, and in this exact moment is all perfect, because you are alive, and you are well.
Do something that you love, do something that makes you feel inspired, live with a smile, because no matter what it is, is not worth your happiness.
